Meet Judith Lawrence

Judi Lawrence is the Founder and CEO of Center City Notary & Apostille Co. Judi is a Notary Public, an Apostille Agent and a Certified Notary Signing Agent. She serves as an NNA Ambassador and has presented at the NNA Conferences for several years. Judi also founded the Lawrence Institute for Notaries (“LIN”), which is a teaching institute combined with a mentoring program. Judi is a certified education instructor for the State of Pennsylvania. She has developed an expertise in Apostilles. She developed a course entitled “WORLD OF APOSTILLES” which she teaches virtually and online throughout the USA. She is the co-author of “The Apostille Agent’s Survival Guide: The Not-So-Secret Reference Guide to International Document Services.”

Judi is also the first recipient of the California League of Independent Notaries Master Notary Award in 2021. She sits on the Pennsylvania Board of Elections. Her charitable endeavors include organizations such organizations as the Ronald MacDonald House, the American Cancer Society, Alex’s Lemonade and the Pennsylvania Ballet.
